New Support Champion Concept - Ethrael the Master Warden

I won't go into the fine details, i.e. the base regen rates and so on. I'll just get to the good bits.

Passive - Runecraft each active ward adds and additional 25/50/100 power to Double Edge. Also increases amount of runes able to stacked on a target for Love and War. 1 rune for both under level 6. 2 runes for War after level 6. 2 wards for Love and 3 for War after level 12. At level 18, 4 runes for War.

Safeguard - Applies a runic ward to allied target or self. Shield lasts 1.5x times longer on self cast. But 1.5x stronger on allied cast. Shield blocks any form of damage except true damage.

Love and War - Love - Applies a runic ward that heals allies or self in DoT format pulses. 1.5x stronger on allies, 1.5x times longer on self. Additional healing scaling from max hp War - Applies a runic ward that damages the enemy in a DoT format. Does additional damage based on how little mana left in mana pool (Or additional damage scaling from max mana or max hp. whichever would be more devilish) . Half damage on minions

Citadel - Applies a ward on the ground reducing allied team damage in an area for a short time. At end of duration, mana is restored to allied team members still within warded area

• E alternate* Entrapment - Places a trap ward. Granting vision of area while active. Any enemy champion who walks on it is stunned for 2 seconds.

Double Edge - Upon activation, all Love wards heal allies promptly and remove the ward. All enemies with War wards will explode with magic damage. Damaging them and those around them. Damage can only be received from stack of War. Aoe damage of Double Edge is reduced to 25%.

and yes, his scales for ap are pretty much going to be .5 and below probably. this is pretty much all support, only really hurting move would be Double Edge. suggestions on ability names would be welcomed. but i'm thinking anthene's unholy grail, a warmog, visage, and a torment for sure. a tanky support basically. since soraka is squish as hell. any thoughts on what or what not to scale his abilities from, as in Love and War, or his passive would be welcomed too.
