1 Free Champ for first account log in

when most people start to play league of legends they usually get good at one champion and on Tuesday or Wednesday that champion is instantly removed from their champion pool what i think is that you should get 1 champion when you first log in you can choose the champion but that champion will have to be payed in IP before you can move above anything other than bronze in ranked and know you have one champion you can start main-ing

You need 16 champs for ranked.
It sounds like you want the free rotation to count toward ranked when in Bronze elo which I am also against. One champ isn't going to do anything for new players it's just going to boost smurfs in their attempts to re-acquire their main champs.

From levels 1-5 you get the beginner champion pool that does not rotate. At level 5 you will receive a Hextech Chest which contains Ashe, Garen, and a skin for either. You don't start the free rotation until reaching level 6.
