Ultimate on Quinn vs Elise & Nidalee.

Can someone explain to me why Quinn is one the few "transforming" animals that cost mana for her skills... -.- Say if you're Quinn and you have 100 mana, you want to turn into Valor but it also cost 100 mana... Do you chose to use another skill or turn into Valor and hope for the best.

I just want to know what is the consensus on why her "form" cost mana but Nidalee and Elise don't.

Because quinns transformation is a more off a buff than nid or elises, and a no mana cost would be ridiculous...

Nid and Elise transformations CD is less then 10 seconds, Quinns transformation is over 100 seconds. BIG difference
