Quinn Valor (R) Bug with Tahm

My friend is playing Quinn and goes into R form. Tahm eats her and now he can only cast "melee" form of Valor. (So "ranged" Quinn does Valor spells and autos in melee, even though he died) He can't recast the spell and he's stuck in Valor. And without the Valor passive ms or attack speed passive.

Basically, he's stuck in Valor form and does his skills but the passive mark is Quinn's.
