Piltover Custom/Hot Rod Hecarim
When you read the title, you know I'm talking about Horsepower.
For this skin, I want to see Hecarim ride the rift in wheels instead of horse hooves. He has a mechanical body that looks like a truck. Sort of like a Transformer since this is a mechanical skin for Hecarim.
Like Hot Rod Corki and the two Piltover Custom skins, the truck body has flame vinyls and that black and red body color.
On Hecarim's back, you can see the engine with the truck type exhausts on the back of his shoulders. Hecarim has a robotic flaming face with mechanical arms and a spear that revs up as it is being used.
For Rampage, the Spear Revs it's exhaust and enemies hit will receive an explosive effect.
For Spirit of Dread, the surrounding aura's boundary are fire and you hear the engine rev up.
For Devastating Charge, Hecarim's Engine revs out fire and his wheels (Not Horse Hooves) leave behind fire tracks (Does not cause damage though). Upong collision when active, Hecarim Body Slams the target with a car collision sound.
For Onslaught of Shadows Hecarim Heats his engine and four ghost trucks appear as fire and the ultimate attack leaves behind flame tracks from the wheels which go out and turn into tire drift marks then disappears. Enemies hit will turn on fire.
For dancing, Hecarim just does one of those hydraulic jumping dances. It looks similar to Urf Rider Corki's bull riding dance only it's on a truck.
On his death, the truck just explodes and his head and arms fall apart and the wheels get taken out. His body is nothing more than a truck on fire and not the good kind of fire.
When recalling, Hecarim activates a small gas station and takes the gas pump and he would either insert it in a gas receiver like in every other car or truck or he just drinks the gas by using the gas pump as a straw.
Upon revival or successfully recalling, you see Hecarim taking off a gas pump while the small gas station sinks into the ground and disappears.
Hecarim should have a different and a different set of quotes. I'm not sure how it would sound like or what he says exactly but if Riot were to make this skin, I'm sure it would raise beyond standards.
