Champion ability concept
I think there should be a champion with the ability to absorb an ability of another champion like rogue from x-men. Just think about how cool it would be and it would make a very weird and diverse character to go against.

Look i absorbed veigar ult! Kills enemy adc. now lets get something new. Absorbs another ult. This is fun. Edit: i mean its interesting but kinda hard to balance if not impossible
