RWBY Fiora - Wiess Schnee on the Summoner's Rift

RWBY is an incredibly popular anime produced by Rooster Teeth of the Red vs. Blue series. It depicts 4 heroines with unique weapons and distinctive colors. Once character, Wiess Schnee, wields a color emitting rapier and magical powers. I remember running across a discussion created by Horo Marisa, where they mentioned creating RWBY themed skins. I think the idea for Weiss/Fiora was exceptionally fitting, Not only does Fiora's fighting style and weapon fit, but her abilities can be animated in ways that would resemble Wiess as well.

The focus would be to create a new skin for Fiora to resemble Wiess Schnee, dressed primarily in a short white dress and lace with snowflake accents, punctuated by red garment lining (http://rwby.wikia.com/wiki/Weiss_Schnee). Her ability animations could be altered to reflect the character of Weiss and her powers as well. Her blade or visible glyph would illustrate what move she is using, allowing the skin to add clarity while capturing Wiess' likeness.

Here is how I see them breaking down:

Q - Lunge Fiora dashes a short distance in the target direction, then stabs a nearby enemy.

Aesthetically, the Wiess skin could display one of Wiess' glyphs under the character model at the beginning of the dash, much as is seen in multiple RWBY episodes when she uses them to dash and speed around. (See image 1)

W - Riposte Fiora poises to strike in the target direction and then enters a defensive stance, parrying incoming damage and hostile crowd control effects. After the duration, Fiora stabs her sword forward, dealing magic damage to enemies in a line.

The skin could animate differently for a stun versus non-stun riposte, coloring differently akin to Weiss' sword Myrtenaster from the series. Possible Red initially, as per the White RWBY trailer, and changing to blue with ice on parrying a CC effect, much like her tendency to freeze enemies in a line of ice. (See images 2 and 3)

E - Bladework

Fiora empowers her next two basic attacks with additional effects.

As is seen in the white trailer, Myrtenaster changes colors multiple times as she attacks the giant armor. Green seems most fitting as blue and red are used for the previous ability.

R - Grand Challenge

Fiora highlights and enemy, and when they die, creates a healing field.

This ability allows for the greatest expression of tribute to Weiss as a character, and RWBY as a whole. By replacing the image AoE created by her ultimate with that of either Weiss' glyph that she wears on her back, or the RWBY rose, the grand challenge could be an excellent capstone to this themed skin.

An additional element could be to change the rapier's glow to white, as is seen in the final moments of the White Trailer fight sequence, and changing the animation of Fiora's movement speed to something similar to the white patterns that appear on the rapier's blade (See image 4)

While I do not know the legal requirements to accomplish something of this sort, I would be interested in either a formal agreement, or a tribute skin, akin to grunge Nunu. If the community of league can rally behind this idea, we may see something come of it. There is currently a precedent for fan-made or imagined skins through the pool party line, starting with Ziggs, and Astronautilus. So its not out of the picture.

This could additionally pave the way for other RWBY themed skins (Yang Vi please?) if there is a large enough community backing. It would show Riot that there is a market and interested in skins that reflect or tribute RWBY, or other similar productions.
