[GAMEPLAY] Odd Janna Howling Gale interaction with Sion's Ult
Overview: I encountered this once in matchmaking, and replicated this with 2 players in a custom game on Summoner's Rift. Each time I was using the Frost Queen Janna Skin.
Whenever Sion ulted in either game, regardless of distance, vision, etc., as long as Howling Gale was off cooldown, the ability icon would display as if she had cast it once ( as if she had prepped a tornado, but not yet released it). It would continue until Sion's ult ended, at which point the ability icon would display normally. This did not interfere with casting abilities, only impacted spell readability for the Janna player.
I reproduced this bug by:
- Creating a Summoner's Rift game with Janna and Sion on opposing teams (I did not test for the same teams)
- Having Sion ult
That should be enough to reproduce the bug. I do not know if the Skin has any bearing on the reproduction of the bug.
From what I found, this happened every time Sion ulted.
