Make an Offline League Of Legends

In my opinion I think there should be a League of Legends OFFLINE MODE where players will be able to play their existing champions From Last Login or, all champions. Of Course NO IP or Milestone points will be awarded. Also Only Bot Mode will be available and Offline Custom game. I brought up this idea because their are some of us, who prefer to play on planes, at parks or simply Away from the internet( some persons like to take a break away from internet), you could be even in the woods of course no internet but league of legends Offline mode is their so you would not go rusty. What do you think? Please reply, I will like to hear your Ideas, suggestions etc.

it's something that sounds interesting, but I don't want to see them spending the time on setting this up right now when they have issues to confront with the health of the game itself. and I'm only seeing them make more mistakes.

As much as I like the idea, it's really not feasible. Riot stores as much data as possible server-side to prevent cheats/hacks/exploits from surfacing, and it's been shown in the past why it's not a good idea to have client-side data.

For example, this

is what happened when Riot stored something as innocuous as masteries client-side.

As cool as offline-only mode would be, leaving important code client-side in an ostensibly competitive PvP game is a pretty big risk, no matter how bulletproof your code could be.

It's not gonna happen because Riot doesn't want people to be able to find all the faults and exploits in their spaghetti code.

I like this idea.

A debug or "cheat" mode would be great too, allowing players to test builds and items without spending 20 minutes in bot matches to see how it works

I'd like this too. My internet has been frequently getting shut off lately and League is my main form of entertainment so it's really irritating how I can't even play a custom game with bots

In theory it all sounds awesome and amazing that you could play offline. But I agree with Jinxie Pooksie that I would rather see riot fixing their much older issues and bugs and work on new things than try and make something so "irrelevant" work.

League of Legends has been designed as a PVP game, which means online, with server and client sides.

Doing a client-only version of the game would require a lot of time and money, and Riot obviously prefer to invest those in others projects than develop something that would benefit only a handful of players. So, unless they decide the contrary, this won't be happening.
