*NEW* Pool Party Pantheon

So new Pool party Pantheon idea: I think it would look cool. maybe Riot can see this and make it happen? any ideas please comment.

He holds a water weenie as a spear and uses a water tube as a shield. His ult could splash a wave on the impact around him as well.
