The theme would be perfect I think. Maybe add a element like lightning as a theme to the skin. IE for his dash he turns into a bolt of lightning for the dash kind of like kennen's but just a dash. For the ult the animation could be a arc of lightning as you approach the destination. Just an Idea that came to mind.
