Selling a skin boost for remaining RP.

Selling skin boost for remaining RP. Just a though, why not allow sale of skin boost for under 95RP when you are down to your last RP. Be it 5 or 90.. :) It's not like it is wasted.. People get to still try a new skin, and possible buy .. And it lightens the mood in the game. It's a benefit to riot either way.
