Veigar Rework

If you didn't know, I'm crazy about Veigar. I've always loved his playing style, lore, and overall character. the one thing that always seemed to bother me was the outdated-ness of his visual elements. I've always felt that veigar is in dire need of a VU, and have created several posts about it on the old forums. I decided to make my own concept, and though it's really bad, it should at least give a basic idea of what I would want him to look like when/if he gets a VU. Since tristana just recently got a VU, I based it a little bit off of her current model, and a bit off of heimer's model too. (PS, I can't draw arms or legs.)

I would like to see veigars kit twiked to show that he is a master of magic I mean would a true master only have 4 moves in his kit no this is were i propose that certain combinations of his kit make his skills different say his q going through the prison walls would make his q travel longer or split shot. and his w with an immediate q would make a line of comets not just one or w in prison would hit the vertexes of the prison while also hitting the middle. I think veigar should get a rework to show his mastery of magic and not be a AP addict that focuses on burst damage only.
