Oh btw, I am pretty sure everyone is happy about about when a champion is disabled and wish every champion under the sun is disabled. Get off your fucking hate horses because the champions are coming back anyway.

From what I heard about the Gangplank disable, it was because there was a bug where Draven could get infinite stacks off of his barrels so they had to disable him until they could get the fix out. It was basically like the "We have disabled Fiddlesticks due to a bug" deal but Riot tried to cover Gangplank's bug up by linking his disable to the lore. In other words (if the source I am referencing is correct), they didn't disable Gangplank for lore reasons, and so it would be unlikely for them to disable these champions for lore reasons either.
