Lore: Rajar'Rin is an immortal entity created by an ancient Shuriman Wind Deity in a time well before empires and ascension graced its sands. During the time when The Fabled Wind was the title known by many and struck fear into hearts of those who would harm the people of the desert, Peace seemed like all there was. It seemed to Rajar'Rin that this era of peace was all there would be. One fateful day Rajar'Rin stepped before his creator and told her of his problem. He wanted action, he wanted a challenge. Understanding her creation's frustrations she placed him into a deep sleep, only to awaken when the Desert would once again need its Master of the Wind. Stories of his deeds passed from story to legend and legend to myth. At one point or another the people of the desert began to wonder if he had even existed. Cutting to the Current day Shurima. A race against time, Sivir and Taliyah work together to find a mythical weapon known as the "Glaive of Forgotten Whispers". [https://cdnb.artstation.com/p/assets/images/images/015/490/469/large/joel-raynor-forgotten-whisper.jpg?1548544380] They need to find it first before Xerath could drain it of its power. Soon the two of them bump into Xerath and his forces and a battle ensues. Taliyah gets sent flying through a wall into a hidden chamber and as she gets up comes face to face with the legendary weapon. Before she has time to take in the sight Sivir runs in to help her and behind her comes Xerath and his forces. Xerath yelled at the two, that if he couldn't have the weapon's power, no one could, and with that began unleashing Arcane Barrage. In such a tight area, dodging the attack seemed impossible. Just as the Arcane was about to destroy the two a strong, deafening wind whirled around them sending the magic back to the one who fired it. When the wind died down Sivr and Taliyah would look up to see Rajar'Rin Towering over them with the Glaive in his hand. The Fabled Wind had returned.

Role: Assassin, Fighter, Support (possibly) Positions: Top, Mid, Bot Resource: Energy

Abilities: Passive: Chosen of the Wind Deity Effect: Every successful kill on an enemy champion grants Rajar'Rin permanent bonus movement speed as well as a stack of "The Chosen" At the beginning of the match, you'll start at a weaker state (Myth) and as you get more stacks of "The Chosen" you eventually go to Legend, then Fable, then Reality (each rank granting bonuses to your abilities) You gain one rank for every 5 kills or 10 assists. Think of every rank as a Viktor-like Augment. One Rank of Chosen One applies to one ability

Q: Winds of Silence Effect: On initial cast send out a gust of wind which when it hits pushes an opponent back . Recast: The wind is recalled and pulls the original victim towards him applying a silence. The Chosen Bonus: each initial hit slows your target

W: Gust Conduits Effect: Place down a Conduit of Magical wind, and select which direction you want it to blow. Stepping on it will send you soaring in the chosen direction. That conduit then goes on cooldown. Note: Opponents can also use these conduits (which destroys them) but when they land they take damage and are slowed. The Chosen Bonus: When an opponent lands their location is revealed (True Stealth doesn't save you) and when an ally lands they get a small speed boost

E: TBD Effect: TBD The Chosen Bonus:TBD The original E was kinda garbage in design (revolved around cc removal on himself and allies, which makes no sense for him unless made into a support as well)

R: Wrath of the Wind Deity Effect: Rajar'Rin channels the power of his creator to reflect all incoming projectile attacks back to the attacker with a great cyclone dealing whatever damage type the ability deals. The Chosen Bonus: (of course this would be the final Chosen upgrade) Damage type reflected turns into True Damage.

Fun Fact: He is roughly 9ft 8in tall This is my first time in a long time doing one of these so please be kind. I'm happy to take any constructive criticism. Hope you all like!

Interesting concept. However, there are a few things that would make this champion not possible with league's current design philosophy (Or my understanding of it).

  1. First, the double silence. Riot has over the years been very into taking away, or severely limiting unfun mechanics. The silence effect when too prevalent in the game is exactly that to the majority of players, unfun. Assuming this guy's Q is his main harass/poke tool, having a silence, let alone 2 leaves very little room for counterplay, even if it is a skillshot. Kassadin's Q used to be a straight up silence. Talon's W as well, this falls along those same lines.
  2. Second, the E. Champion kits need to feel cohesive where all abilities make sense to have together in the same kit more or less, with some exceptions. As an assassin, it would make little sense to have a teamwide heal/cc breaker just on the theme end of things. Assassins are about getting the kill, not really assisting their teams. Aside from thematics, the power level of an ability like that is way too high. Using CC properly in the game makes players feel rewarded, especially chaining them together, as that is harder in this game since everything lasts a lot shorter as opposed to, say, World of Warcraft (For reference, chain CC is such an integral and frequent part of the PvP in that game every player comes with a 2 minute CC breaker known as a trinket). Due to the skill requirements and rarity of CC in this game, CC breakers are more rare. You have to get a summoner, invest 1300g for QSS, or rely on teammates with Mikaels/ spells that accomplish the same thing. Adding an ability to the game that is AOE, and with a heal on top of that completely undermines players skills in most scenarios, again leading to more of that unfun stuff. An ability like that could work on maybe a more hardcore traditional support as an ultimate maybe.

Other than that, the passive seems nice, but could also be cleaned up, as well as the W, but not nearly as much as the 2 I mentioned earlier. You might want to explain how the stacking mechanic works on him as well. Does his new chosen breakpoint increase 1 of his abilities, or does each ability have 4 different breakpoint increases. If it is the latter, as fun as that sounds, holy hell that's a book and a half that the player has to read as far as ability text lol. If you have any more questions or anything feel free to add me. I personally love theorycrafting and whatnot. Cheers

Great concept lore-wise! Would the Shuriman wind diety be similar to Janna (but not from Zaun)? Although it seems a little forced, Sivir and Talyah working together might place this story into the time right after Azir rebuilt Shurima and now Sivir and Talyah are his allies. This would be great for advancing the plot of the lore of Runterra as a whole!

His abilities seem more support-like than assasin (aside form his passive) so maybe he'd be another support assasin like Pyke. Great job with the artwork too! [poppy-wink]
