I've been thinking , typing on my note book , changing and editing this champion suggestion over a month ( Well , that's pretty what i do in my free time actually ) . Finally , i am typing it here on forums. I won't take much of your time , i didn't add a lore or quotes to him (Except the one above) ...... Just hoping you like it.

Passive : AfterDeath

When a unit dies , Arak'nus are able to claim its soul by clicking on the unit's dead body. If Arak'nus claims an :

  • Ally soul : He is healed for 1% / 2.5% / 4% of the unit's maximum health.
  • Enemy soul : He gains a temporary bonus magic damage buff on the next basic attack equal to 2% / 4% / 6% of the unit's maximum health. [ Passive upgrades on levels 11 & 16 ]

Notes : 1- Unclaimed souls fade after 5 seconds. 2- The enemy soul buff fades after 7 seconds if not used. 3- Claiming an enemy soul over an existing enemy soul buff do not refresh it but replaces it for the remaining duration. 4- Claiming range is equal to Arak'nus basic attack range.

Q : Soul extract CD : 18/17/16/15/14 Mana : 90

Arak'nus forces an enemy to face him in order to steal part of his soul. Arak'nus channels for 1 second , suppressing his target enemy champion for 1 second and dealing 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 / 165 ( +0.45 AP ) magic damage instantly on the start of the duration. When the duration ends successfully, Arak'nus steals an amount of 9% / 10.5% / 12% / 13.5% / 15% from the target's current health as true damage.

This ability gets interrupted upon taking damage from champions' basic attacks and abilities during its duration and goes on 5 seconds cooldown. Also, this ability can be used on minions and monsters souls, draining their souls over 1 second and healing for 15% of their maximum health over the duration.

W : Contagious fear CD : 25 Mana : 70/75/80/85/90

Arak'nus create fear inside his enemy hearts. After a short delay of 0.5 seconds, Arak'nus's enemy target takes 100 / 135 / 170 / 205 / 240 ( +0.5 AP ) magic damage and gets feared for 0.75 seconds then bounces off to all enemies around that target within a medium range get feared as well for 0.4 / 0.55 / 0.7 / 0.85 / 1 second.

This ability can be used during "Soul extract" without interrupting it.

Note : There is a 0.25 seconds between fearing the targeted enemy and getting enemies around him feared (jump distance).

E : A chill from the other world CD : 30/28.5/27/25.5/24 Mana : 40/50/60/70/80

Passive : Arak'nus abilities ignore 0 / 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 magic resist of the enemy magic resist.

Active : Arak'nus summons a cold wind in a line that pushes all enemies and curse them for 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 / 4 seconds. Cursed enemies suffer reduced movement and attack speed that get reduced more over the duration. Cursed enemies move 5% slower and decreases more to 20% / 27.5% / 35% / 42.5% / 50% over 2 second then stays stable for the rest of the duration, and attack 10% slower and decreases more to 26% / 32% / 38% / 44% / 50% over 1.5 seconds then stays stable for the rest of the duration.

Enemies closer to Arak'nus gets pushed further.

R : Satisfy CD : 210/195/180 Mana : 50/100/150

Arak'nus marks an enemy champion for 2 seconds that locates the enemy position when the enemy enters fog of war. "You can't run from death" When the duration ends, if the target has 20% / 25% / 30% health points or less, the target dies and its soul is fully claimed, giving Arak'nus Satisfy buff for 10 seconds and increasing the died target respawn timer by 10 seconds.

Satisfy :

  • 20% Cooldown reduction.
  • Arak'nus basic attacks deal 2% / 4% / 6% of the killed enemy maximum health as bonus magic damage.
  • Arak'nus is healed by the amount of health the targeted enemy champion had over the duration.
  • No souls show up during this duration.
  • Arak'nus "Q - Soul extract" now summons a souls eater spirit to steal part of the enemy target soul instead of Arak'nus. The spirit do the same what Arak'nus do but no healing is considered. Instead, the spirit deals damage at the end of the duration based on the target maximum health and can't be interrupted.
  • Arak'nus "W - Contagious fear" deals 40% damage to feared enemies after bouncing off and becomes instant (No 0.5 delay).
  • Arak'nus "E- A chill from the other world" curse affect becomes contagious, using "W - Contagious fear" on a cursed enemy causing the skill to apply curse on enemies that haven't been affected by it.

Note : 1- If the target dies while the mark is on, the ability gets refreshed. 2- If the mark killed a target that had the ability to revive, the ability is put on 50 seconds cooldown but no satisfy buff is granted since the enemy kept his soul.

Looks pretty interesting. Need more work, but could be pretty solid champion. I don't understand why people dislike your champion.

that ult is way too overpowered. guranteed kill? the best nerf for that is 2 things, rework it completely or get NO gold from the kill, you get your soul but no real payoff for it, making it really only a late game option for teamfights seeing as how you wouldnt really get much money off of killing champions that way.i think a much better ability for this toolkit would be something more along the lines of an AoE around you, kinda like galio, whatever units are within have their souls stolen from them, reducing their magic resist by 50%, targets within it are also slowed, meanwhile dealing heavy magic damage over time, and leeching it back to you as health. That way it gives your oppenents not only a sense that they can survive, but also allows to give you the utility you need to follow up with empowered soul abilities, having collected a large ammount of souls in a short time, this ability would also allow for some counters, rather then you end up being completely overpowered due to insta kill, no champ instakills, not even zed, you can survive zed ult as Shaco/Wukong/Ekko/ anyone with a zhonyas/Bard and what not.
