Mastery champion Icon

after the release of Jhin and the new league interface. My ideas was why can't riot utilized mastery to a greater extent. They should have animated champion GIF like how did with zed,sona,vi,and garen if you earn a certain amount of mastery or ranking don't know. I just though it was a good Idea like earn over 200k mastery or 500k or reach a high rank. I don't know but it should be for people of master level of that specific champion to obtain them.
