All the female assassins are either ap or hybrids that are better as ap than ad
Im doing fine with evelynn ad, but it bums me out she's the only one who really scales decently with ad

Why does the gender matter? Why can't you just be content with the fact that there are AD assassins, hybrid assassins, and AP assassins?
Besides, people already pointed out champions that are completely viable as assassin. Quinn, Vi, Irelia, Camille, and the list goes on.
You're summoner name deters me from giving any suggestions.
