Some new crossover skins

So I have a couple of suggestions for new skins. Jigsaw Jihn, Harley Quinn Jinx, El Diablo Brand, Bioshock Annie and Tibbers. I know they are copyrighted things but perhaps the rights could be secured for something like this. They are a few of my favorite characters and I thought these would be amazing skins for them.
