Monarch morgana(with poll)

I think this is a great concept. the butterfly wings and an elegant dress it will be majestic. the q could be a butterfly flying at someone. when it snares a butterfly will be imprinted on the ground. the w would be a butterfly on the ground surronded by a circle with butterflies coming out of it. the e would be some sort of cacoon. her ult would be the wings spread and become extremely large and wispy using the wind to attatch to the enemies then stun them.
