Xenox, the Burnished Machine

So it's been a really long time since a new light, energy, whatever champion like Ezreal and Kayle has been added. Although this champion is a bit of both battlecast and light. I would appreciate feedback ASAP, and enjoy my submission! Here is how Xenox is basically: Xenox is a melee champion that is an Assassin/Fighter depending on how you build him. He is very squishy early game, making him more of a fighter if you decide to play it safer. His health starts as 610 and goes up like this: 610,650,690,720,780,830,890,940,1070,1150,1230,1290,1360,1440,1560,1800,2160,2370. This may be too squishy, but Idk too much about stats lol. AD: starts as 90 and goes up to 230 (Kinda makes up for the squish) AP: starts as 20 and goes up to 120 MS (movement speed): 370 Health Regen: 10-35 Magic Res.: 25-60 Armor: 30-70 Melee Range: 215 Xenox looks like Battlecast armor, but more colorful and vibrant. His hair can be either red, cyan, blue, or magenta. His sword is about as long as Garen's, but looks smaller with a blue radiance and a sword that has a "mecha" look to it. So here is his move-set: Passive - Mechanical Drain/Brilliant Shield Cooldown: 50 sec. Every time a nearby ally uses a spell Xenox gives himself a 5% charge for his Brilliant Shield. Once Xenox has stored 100% charges he gains 110-210 Magic Resist and Armor for 5 seconds Q - Bounding Dash: Cost: 60,70,80,100,105 Cooldown: 30,28,25,22,19 Xenox gains (50,70,90,110,140) movement speed and (10,30,50,60,80) attack speed for** 3 seconds.** After the 3 seconds is up, Xenox deals AoE damage around him dealing (70,100,120,150,200) true damage and slows any enemies by (20%,25%,30%,40%,50%) for 2 seconds with a 420 range. Destructive Light form: Xenox charges into an area with a 840 range and once he stops, he slams the ground dealing (100,110,130,160,200) physical damage in a 380 range. W - Blinding Orb Cost: 30,40,45,50,55 Cooldown: 23,20,18,15,15 Xenox tosses an orb of energy and steel within a 860 range, and lands in an area of 340 range. Once the orb hits the ground it deals (70,75,80,85,90) magic damage, and stuns all enemies in the area for 2 seconds, and blinded for 4 seconds. Destructive Light form: Xenox drills his arm into the ground, and tons of tiny drills rise in an area for 5 seconds within a 930 range, and rises in an area of 410 range. The drills slow all enemies in the area for 45% and deal (100,120,140,160,180) physical damage. E - Mecha Cannon Xenox transforms his other arm into a cannon, and gains (100,130,170,200,250) range and gains (10,15,20,25,30) physical damage and attack speed. This only lasts for 10 auto attacks, though. Destructive Light form: Xenox pops missle cans out of his shoulders and launches them in a cone of 1340 range and deals (110,120,130,140,170) physical damage. R - Destructive Light Xenox grows a suit of mechanical armor, gaining (90,120,150) AD, (40,50,60) AS, (100,130,150) AP, and (400,600,1000) health. for 13 seconds.
