not the concept of Gnar, Shyvana but formshift from lv1 like Elise and Nidalee one form with ap ratio skills and another form with ad ratio skills

1 form with ad ratios and one form with ap ratios would be really bad. 1 form would be useless no matter what. No form shifting champion is like that and a form shifter like that would not viable.
There are 2 hybrid items gunblade and rage blade. Both are items built ver specifically to champions. Very few champions can build these items. Auto attacked based champions. I don't know who benefits from gunblade cause no one builds it.
