In phoenix form Can Do a twirl barrel style attack like rakan knock up but is like Irelia Q her w could be a janna tornado style attack but she is the tornado that can be moving for a short period like shyvanna and her E could be speed up like quinn and valor flying Style but any enemies going by she burns. Her Normal Form would a be the same for q her w be a shield ability like rammus and her e would be a kick ability that like lee sin and knock the enemy back :) and her R is like elise :) And Added Suggestion to add to this or things that should be change lemme know i want make a professional concept of this before sending this to riot
