Couldn't there be a way to allow us to input our own music (downloaded music). Maybe you could add a way to give credit to the artist? Might not be possible just sounds cool.

A lot of music isn't licensed for that sort of use, and Riot probably doesn't want to open the door for copyright infringement lawsuits. Just look at the shitstorm that came of Twitch and YouTube muting videos.
