Why do the bad people play ranked? Like really, I've had way more ragers and afkers due to rage and/or internet conncetion in ranked than in normals. Every other match there's an afk or rager. Last match, for example: this Lulu is going to rage, sit in base, and then complain about her team to the enemy team for a straight 10 minutes instead of actually helping us. We were not that far behind but she decided to give up, blame her team, and do absolutely nothing. So... Rito.... Why not punish legitmate ragers? I already know that this guy is gonna get away with it. But how am I supposed to climb if guys like this literally end matches before they're over? I bet 25 dolla this is gonna be removed in the next 30 minutes even though it's under miscellaneous.

Because the system doesn't ban people who only troll once or twice, it is only the constant ragers that get noticed, on that note, I will take that bet.
