Bewitching Quinn

It aint no lie that Heartseeker Quinn was terrible. It clashed so harshly with her base character for a low tier skin so instead of settling for that price range maybe amp the difference and make a legendary bewitching skin for Quinn. I think a great asset for it to be legendary may be instead of letting valor carry her, valor gets transformed into a broomstick and she sits on her? autos can be magic bolts from an enchanted crossbow, q can be a blinding splash potion, w can be an illumination cantation, e makes her transform into a shadowy figure and rush her target. Make Valor a crow and add a beatriz reference kind of like other bewitched skins do (morgs eye on the hat on battle boss veigar and bewitching tristanas cat is meowkais mewlings). Is this too far of a reach? desperate attempt to get a good quinn skin that fits her more serious nature?
