So lately I've noticed that Riot is adding last and first names to new champions and lores (Kayn, Jhin, etc etc). So would it be possible for riot to come out with names and birthdays of all champions? maybe not for every champ because full names and birthdays are more seen in humans , but it would definitely make the champions feel more relatable and give them a sort of "Hmm who knew" [slayer-jinx-wink]

Jericho Swain is badass. Some societies might not do last names, like maybe Taliyah's tribe for example (just pure speculation I could be totally wrong). Also Jhin's name is more of a title so we really don't even have his first or last name.
Actually it is implied that Khada Jhin is just an alias,its not his real name.

Not every champion has a last name, or even a birthday in a few situations. It wouldn't make much sense to foist a random birthday or last name onto certain champions - and besides, lack of a last name can be indicative of certain cultural differences.
I know not all the champions will fit having last names or birthdays, but to those who can, for example many demacian and human champions have had last names so that means all demacian champions should, as well as Ionian even if they are aliases or nicknames. I know that leaving champions without last names etc etc isn't intentional because RIot stated in the past on one of their dev blogs about not focusing too much on backgrounds and story, but now they are, hence the sudden ad ons of last names. so I feel like they can do so much more to the champions who can have last names. for example Lucian can have a last name, Syndra should have a family name or alias like jhin and kayn, and Xerath/Urgot/Nasus/Noctourne shouldn't because it wouldnt make sense
In my headcanon some champions don't have last names for a reason - for example the orphans, bastards and disinherited in Noxus. All the non-nobles in Noxus don't have family names.
