Hi guys! This is my champion concept for a solo lane bruiser or a support. He doesn't do much damage unless you position correctly and utilize your passive well, but I feel like he is a great team fight champion. Let me know what you think, and remember, all of these numbers and values are not final, and therefor can be tweaked; He isn't broken because you think something can do too much. Just change it at that point. Here we go!

Name: Volt

Gender: Male

Origin: Piltover

Occupation: Scientist

Species: Human

Arsenal: He is equipped with a spine infused Tesla coil and has a large electromagnetic controller equipped on his hand.

Role: Utility Solo Bruiser

Look: A tall human male, middle aged, with a Tesla coil emerging from his spinal chord and some cybernetic overlays.

Resource: Mana/Magnetism

Brief story: Volt was a scientist working with Heimerdinger to bring a constant renewable energy to Piltover; Attempting to power the city for life cycles to come. They were working with an alien material, a specialized synchro metal that was highly chaotic to work with. He was attempting to mechanize Piltover's police force and enhance their defenses as well. A certain renegade by the name of Jinx heard of these plans through Caitlyn and Vi. She appeared at the lab the day of their first augment tests and began to blow up the labratory. Inside, Volt was the only one in the labratory, working with this new organic techno metal, when the explosions went off... As the walls blew inward, he did as well, being propelled through the air towards an electromagnetic field unit. He passed out immediately due to the pain and trauma his body suffered from... He woke in streams on consciousness to Heimerdinger, Vi, and first arriving paramedics attempting to saw something behind him. He would lose consciousness once more and eventually woke up permanently. Pain filled his entire body, but not from his back. He feels an electric hum within him, screaming in his ears. He looks around the room and sees Heimerdinger and other figures watching him, backing up. They explain to him what happened, as he begins to reach for them, a large shock of electricity pours from his arm towards the stranger. His current flows through them, rendering them unconscious... He pulls back, realizing what has happened. He attempts to look behind him, seeing that the Tesla coil has fused with his spine/back. He takes this moment in for what seems like an eternity, understanding now what his life will be like. Heimerdinger begins to help him down, forcing Volt off of the machine the Tesla coil is attached to. The magnetic field locking the coil into place breaks free with a few sparks of electricity, allowing Dr. Kin Volt to stand up. He looks towards his oldest friend and the destruction around them, knowing full well that he must bring Jinx to justice for her heinous acts; But he will stop at nothing to do it... Not even with this blessing... Or is it a curse?

Abilities:

Magnetic Concentration Passive: Volt has an additional resource bar called Magnetism; This bar goes from 0-100. His abilities become stronger with the more Magnetism that he has stored, and will be consumed with some of his abilities or will deplete as he is not in combat.

Polarity Towers Q: Passive: Volt stores up to two **Polarity Towers **over time. If one is destroyed, your next **Polarity Tower **will refresh twice as fast. Polarity Towers have a small 3-5 hit health bar.

Q: Activate: Volt may place a Polarity Tower at a target location. This tower has a small AOE radius and will pull enemy units towards it constantly, but slowly. The tower is also impassable terrain._ Pull rate increased with Magnetism._

If Volt places two Polarity Towers in a linear range next to each other, they will create a Polarity Field between them.

Polarity Field - Impassable wall of gravity between the two Polarity Towers and will also absorb all projectiles from either side of the wall.

Enemy units being pulled in by the **Polarity Towers **will fill Volt's Magnetism resource bar.

Positive Currents W: Activate: Costs health upon activation and then drains mana over time as long as it is activated (Depletes Magnetism as well, over time.) Volt begins forcing electric pulses through his Tesla coil onto nearby Polarity Tower(s). Electricity will bounce between Volt and his nearby pillars for as long as this ability is activated or Volt is nearby. Enemy champions near the **Polarity Tower(s) **or Volt during this time will be dealt magical damage over time, and will become grounded as they stand near Volt and for 1 second after getting away from Volt. _If enemy champions are being dealt damage by this for 1.75 seconds or more, they will become stunned for a short duration. _ Electrical Correspondence E: Passive: Volt gains an overcharge shield on his health bar for the amount of Magnetism he has stored. (Light blue shield) Only enemy abilities or empowered basic attacks can break the shield and damage Volt. (Towers will damage him, still.)

Activate: Volt gains bonus movement speed for a short duration and increases his **Magnetism **on his abilities by 20/40/60/80/100% for a short duration of time.

Overloaded Interference R: Activate: Volt overloads his Tesla coil and his Polarity Tower(s), inflicting an AOE silence around him and the Polarity Tower(s) onto all enemy champions nearby. Enemy champions hit by this will be marked with '_Positive Currents_' for a short duration.

**Positive Currents **- Volt is able to activate his W to bounce electricity through all nearby enemy champions marked with 'Positive Currents'. Enemy champions marked with 'Positive Currents' take increased damage to the amount of Magnetism that Volt has stored.

E is broken... Too many toplaners relying on auto attacks that he is just gonna block through that ridiculous e passive...

I'm happy to see a concept with some backstory, shows you put some thought into it and worked on some details. Although, I don't think Jinx would've planned an attack.

I also like the champion, he's an electric-based with a unique concept.

However, I do find his abilities overworked. He has too many different passives when some of them can be taken out or moved around.

He has abilities that interact with too many other abilities, and he has multiple abilities that relay on another ability to work. This makes his kit confusing and clunky. You need to find one interaction among them you want, and make the kit fit that.

Currently you have A passive that interacts with everything as far as increasing damage, but not increasing and decreasing it. But he still has mana.

A Q that places towers down, but in the other abilities the towers seem to be a secondary thing, as in not the main interaction. I see what you were going for, but you made it confusing by repeating yourself constantly. You only need to state once in his Q, all Dr. Kin's abilities are also cast from his Towers. Then you eliminate a lot of noise in the kit.

If the main feature of the champion is the towers, that should be the main point. He can cast from himself and the towers, but both himself and towers seem to do the same thing, as though he has two different abilities for each ability.

Try to move things around, so you can condense each ability. Love the champion, concept and back story.
