VOHRA, THE JUNGLE'S REASSURENCE (New Champion Idea)

DISCLAIMER! THIS IS JUST AN IDEA, THE ABILTIES AND COOLDOWNS CAN STILL BE CHANGED OR TWEAKED.

Ok, so I have been thinking that riot has not released a support champion in a while. So, I came up with some ideas with my friend. The new champion: Vohra.

Vohra is a primary support champion who comes from the Plague Jungles living in solitude practicing the discipline of physical restoration. The reason she has come onto Summoners Rift is to help those who are worthy of her aid.

Looks: Vohra is a black woman who wears long baggy robes consisting of animal hides. She carries a wooden staff that has intricate carvings looking quite similar to the "Abyssal Scepter" item.item 3001 When casting her abilities, it has a soft blue glow coming from the head of the staff.

Passive:(Heart of the jungle) Every ten seconds, the passive comes off cool down. Once she casts an ability enemies within the radius of the glow from the staff take damage scaling with level. The glow lasts two seconds. Once the time for the glow runs out the passive goes back on cool down.

Q:**(Blessing of the Wise) **A long ranged skill shot that passes through enemies and allies dealing damage with a small slow. Much like Ezreals W but longer ranged. For every non-minion/monster unit hit, the passive cool down goes down by .5 seconds. Cool downs for Q are 10/9/8/7/6

W:(Blessing of the Jungle) It is a toggle ability in which Vohra can choose to auto attack ENEMIES dealing damage or auto attack an ally to heal them. Her attack speed would have to be very slow or else this ability could get out of hand. Upgrading this ability doesn't change cool down but changes % healing. Cool down for W is 4 seconds at all levels.

E: (Blessing of the Plague) Vohra casts a small circle onto the ground. After a short amount of time, everyone (Allies or Enemies) in that circle are immune to crowd control effects for a few seconds. (They must remain inside the circle). This ability deals no damage. Cool downs for E are 16/14/12/10/8

R: (Blessing of Life) Passivly, Vohra charges up healing. This ability is very similar to a Zilean passive and a Fiddlesticks W. As she charges healing, she can cast her ult onto an allied champion healing them for the amount that was charged. If the bond between the two champions is broken (Vohra dies or is cc'd) then the rest of the ult is cancelled and the healing stops. And the charges are all used up. This healing scales with her % AP.
(Charges+% AP) No cool down for Vohra's ultimate.

Keep in mind that this is just an idea and I would more than happy to see Riot take this champion into consideration. I have put a lot of work into this and would hope for some positive feedback.

This has some good idea's in it but is ultimately incomplete F.E The size of passive is not described. the length of the q the size of the e

Some information is wrong: You think of the zilean passive not the w

and some abilities are against what league wants currently wants or underwhelming: W: they dont want constant heals since they are too hard to balance R: that feels like a weak zilean ult(the zilean ult has 120 seconds on level 1, 60 on level 3) because zileans ult can heal more and cannot be cc'd

but there are somethings that are really cool about it too. 1: the Auto attack heal is a really fun idea, but maybe it should be a buff or a shield since riot does like shields in balancing, it would also allow you to not make 2: her attackspeed too low since shields work out after an amount of time. 3: the cc idea is really awesome too, it would allow for some cool plays. 4: a good long q is always fun on a champ but maybe you should allow to stun in the no cc field making it more unique. 5: the channel ult is really friggin awesome but either give it no cooldown and let the stacks decide the heal or allow it to give use buffs.

would i like to see this champ: yes. But please redo this description being more clear describing sizes in logical numbers like: 1 jarvan ult size 1 jhin q range etc.
