Is Jhin OP?

I've heard many different opinions on Jhin's current state in the LOL community.

Here's what I think: I think that Jhin is one of the first champions the be balanced on release. His AD scaling is ridiculous and so are the range of his abilities but the reason he's balanced to me is because of his reload system. Also his lack of escapes makes him very vulnerable to assassins like and as examples.

He also has a struggle against champions like who scale with armour thus destroying his AD scaling.

I've heard that he sucks because his reload time is through the roof and the fact that he gets popped instantly by other champions
He's OP as hell because he can one shot squishes making him that much stronger.

I would love to hear your opinions on Jhin.

Thus far im pleased with Jhin my performance on him might not be the best but he's rewarding to play....

I would say that Jhin is op because of his ad scaling, but they should remove his captive audience and rework him to have some kind of dash like Lucian's Relentless Persuit ability.

my whole issue with Jhin is his ult. for example early i was playing adc vs a jihn and we burst him down and he used flash /heal to escape the kill. ok fair enough then when me and my support are backing off in lane he stands behind his turret and is able to ult me from over half the lane away and kill me. its liek i won the engage and trade, i made him blow all sums. i was going to base so i retreated back towards my turret and i get ulted. its not just the length of the range but the fact that he gets to not fire 1 time but 4 times, with the 4 shot doing massive damage. i had him out farmed and punished the entire lane phase and even forced a lvl 3 gank by his rengar jungle that we got out of. but due to that kill he got after a lost trade i die giving him the advantage and a lead.

but thats my issue with him

if i get to ban all 3 picks i ban Jhin Yasuo and either Fiora or Riven

No, not at all Very easy to kill as he's one of the least mobile champions.

He's usually strong, but not unmanageable. He can be annoying, but I always feel I have counterplay. My conclusion is that he must be balanced. Amazingly so even, as most champions annoy me to no end when they get fed but Jhin just feels normal. Like, he has 10 kills. I have 6. He's ahead, not 'fed.' He seems fine to me.

One thing I thought was OP at first but have revised my opinion on is his range. His W + R sum up to a lot of range for any champion, but I think it's balanced. It can be annoying but it really isn't that bad.
