RIot, please rework Darius to be better, not worse, hes already bad enough

I believe that Darius should get a rework because ever since you guys nerfed him he hasn't been as fun to play as a Darius main. I have some ideas for a rework for Darius. First off I think his W (Crippling Strike) should be put together with his Q (Decimate), the Q ability will be first activated using Crippling strike, then immediately right after Crippling Strike is finished Decimate will be activated. Since Darius is known as the "person you should run away from", his W ability should be a passive where if you get five stacks, the enemy will be feared for .85 seconds, we know that when you kill a enemy champion with his ult it fears enemy monsters and minions, but we all know thats useless so I believe this new ability is a better use of it. And for his E ability I think its fine, no change needed. And finally, I think his ult should do more base damage. That is all thank you for reading this.
