Riot should do an IP sale on some champs or skins for Christmas

I believe that riot should do a sale in the spirit of Christmas, I like this game but I don't like to spend irl money on games. So I had an idea that riot should do an ip sale on some skins (chromas) and champs. cause it takes me like 2 weeks to save up for a champ since I can't play everyday, idk just let me know what you think.

Honestly I think given time some old basic skins could eventually get IP prices, but legendary or other high-effect skins would still just be RP.
