In game Borders for certain skins

Here's a neat idea, having a special border around your map, hp & stats, and skill bar. There could be simple color changes and even animated ones. There could be even ones made around a specific champion. Kind of like when people stream and have their borders on there, except you can see it.

Wether this gets some views or not I thought it was a neat idea.
