Champion select rune bug

So this has only happened once, but when i opened the rune pages for editing i clicked create a new page. the window then disappeared and I could only see the top of the window. the X did work but when i tried to go back into it the same thing appeared. tried changing rune set then went back but no avail. No clue if this is a known issue.

UPDATE* I have tried again in a different queue and the same thing occurred. restarting the client fixes it. Still should think about getting it fixed.
