January CCC - Zur'Kav: Gatekeeper of the Void
LORE:
(Adding more eventually) The Zur’Kav are creatures created by the void to guard the gates against possible intruders. They think and speak based solely on logic, with no emotions of their own, and will defend what they are designated to defend at all costs, including the loss of their own lives.

ABILITIES:
Zur'Kav is intended to be a support champion that mostly wants to build tanky, with a bit of ap.
- Passive - Void Armor:
When Zur'Kav takes damage from champions, he gains temporary AP equal to 5% of his armor, stacking up to 8 times. This bonus AP ends after 5 seconds of not being attacked. Does not stack multiple times on Damage Over Time abilities.
- Q - Power Drain
Zur’Kav deals 20/40/60/80/100 (+0.4 AP) (+0.02 total HP) magic damage in an** 300 range AOE** burst centered on him, gaining +7% movespeed for each champion struck. Enemies struck have** 5/8/12/16/20 reduced armor and magic resist for 4 second**s, and deal 5% reduced damage for 2 seconds.
10s CD at all ranks 50/55/60/65/70 Mana
- W - Voidsight
Zur’Kav places down a floating eye at a range of 600 that reveals a 600 area radius for 2 minutes. When an enemy champion comes within 400 range of it, it rushes towards that enemy, dealing 30/55/80/105/130 (+0.8 AP) magic damage and granting vision of the target for 10 seconds. If a stealthed champion walks within the 400 range, it pings the map and shrieks globally before disappearing. Zur’Kav may have 2 on the map at a time.
20/18/16/14/12 second CD. 100 Mana at all ranks.
- E - HALT!
Zur’Kav fires out a skillshot burst of void energy at a range of 750 that deals 50/75/100/125 (+0.6 AP) magic damage and slows for 20/25/30/35/40% (+1% per 50 AR) (+1% per 30 MR) for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds and silences the first enemy it strikes for 2 seconds, as well as canceling mobility based abilities. Enemies within 200 range of the primary target take full damage, but half of the slow for half of the time and are not silenced.
8/7/6/5/4 second CD. 40/50/60/70/80 Mana.
- R - Deadly Passage
Zur'Kav creates a Void Rift in front of him up to a range of 900 that is 150 by (500/760/1100) units long. This rift lasts for 5 seconds before disappearing. Enemies that pass through it take 2/3/4% of their health (+ 0.2 AP) in magic damage every second and slow them for 60% for as long as they are in the rift and for 2 seconds after leaving. If Zur'Kav damages enemies inside the rift with his abilities, they are stunned for 1 second but can only be stunned once. (The aiming of this ability is similar to Wall of Pain and Crystallize.)
200/175/150 second CD. 150 Mana at all ranks.
