Ju Lie - The Dancer
So I wanted to make a champion... but without a clear idea where to start, I decided to look on the boards for some wishlists, so here we go.
Champ that detects Stealth Female AD Assassin
Allow me to introduce Ju Lie, The Dancer.
Lore
Ju Lie was raised in a small village in Ionia, but her restless spirit soon drove her out of her home. She headed to the capital of Ionia in the southwest, but she had no idea why. She was an aimless soul, with only her boundless energy to her name, driven by the legends of masterful fighters in the land, like Irelia. She was wandering the streets when a certain woman caught sight of her, someone who knew the look of wasted potential. This person? A dance instructor, named Dai Lei. But not just any dance did she teach, it was an ancient form of dance, one that had been all but forgotten, one equal parts beauty of form and perfection of self, and no small part self defense, or vicious offense.
And so it was that Ju Lie learned the style of the ancient masters, but it wasn't enough for her. She sought more than the perfection of self, or perhaps wasn't as devoted to it as Dai Lei would have liked. And so it was that she left Ionia, to seek a life elsewhere. She did not cast aside her learning, to the contrary, she wanted nothing more than to find a more practical use of it. She arrived in the city-state of Piltover, and it was there that she found a calling, the destruction of crime. She was inspired to action by the valiant sheriff Caitlyn, and even more so by Vi, and so did Ju Lie begin her fight on crime. But it was never enough.
She left Piltover as well, feeling unfulfilled still, her thirst for adventure driving her ever onward. For better or worse, it led her to Zaun, and it was there that her attitude got the better of her. The Glorious Evolution was not something she was ready to combat, but she tried to take it down regardless. She fell in battle, never even catching a glimpse of their leader. It was then however, that her luck changed. A former member of Professor Stanwick's research team found her broken body, and pitied her. The process was long, and painful, but when it was done, Ju Lie had been revived, and had several pieces of Hextech, in place of a leg, an arm, and an eye. She remembered everything about her former life, and the transformation did not remove her hasty nature. She had, however, realized that going it alone was not a viable option, if she was to really end those she opposed, she would have to get more power. And what better place to do that than the very same place many of the people in her past did? She enrolled in the League of Legends.

Passive: Barre After 10 seconds out of combat, Ju Lie begins building stacks of Barre at a rate of 1 per 4 seconds, to a maximum of 8 stacks. Each stack grants (+0.1 AD) Bonus attack damage and 5 movement speed. At maximum stacks, her next basic attack will have 50 increased range, and will deal (0.1 AD) bonus true damage. On her first basic attack, her stacks of Barre are consumed. Stacks built are retained if she does not perform a basic attack, even if she enters combat after they have built, though they will not continue to build until she leaves again.
Q: Cabriole Range: 700 Mana: 40 Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Ju Lie performs a jump, dealing 70/90/110/130/150 (+0.2 AD) within 200 units of her landing area with a spinning attack, knocking back enemies affected to the edge of this range, directly away from Ju Lie, and slowing them by 30% for 0.5 seconds. This jump applies on-hit effects that are not single-target explicit (like Barre, Ravenous Hydra's passive, and Spellblade) to all affected. If this jump is performed onto enemy Champions, the cooldown of Cabriole is reduced by 1 second per enemy Champion struck.
W: Dedans/Dehors Range: 250 Mana: 75/80/85/90/95 Cooldown: 16 Ju Lie Spins rapidly, drawing foes within range to 50 units away from her, taking 0.25 seconds to do so, during which time she cannot move. She may recast the spell within two seconds to then spin outward, dealing 80/90/100/110/120 (+.35 AD) to those within 125 units, knocking them up for 0.5 seconds. This spin applies on-hit effects that are not single-target explicit (like Barre, Ravenous Hydra's passive, and Spellblade) to all affected.
E: Avant Ballon Passive Ju Lie passively gains 5/10/15/20/25 movement speed, as well as 15/20/25/30/35% Attack speed. Active Mana: 90 Cooldown: 60 Ju Lie must have stacks of Barre built to use this ability. Her hextech eye flashes brightly on use, consuming all of her stacks of Barre, and it reveals stealthed traps within 125 units per stack of Barre expended, and stealthed champions within 75 units per stack of Barre expended for 1 second per stack of Barre expended. She gains movement speed equal to 5 times the stacks of Barre expended for 1 second per stack of Barre expended.
R: Tour Jete Mana: 100 Cooldown: 100/85/70 Ju Lie begins a grand dance across the battlefield. For 8 seconds, she is treated as constantly having maximum stacks of Barre, that do not disappear upon striking an enemy, gains 15/20/25% movement speed, and may not be stunned or rooted (though she may still be knocked up, slowed, and knocked back). She will continuously move towards the cursor during this time, and every 0.33 seconds she will perform a basic attack on every target within 200 units of her, applying on hit effects. Champion kills and assists add 4 seconds to the duration of Tour Jete.
Appearance and fighting style Ju Lie has long hair, black with silver streaks in it, and is a moderate height figure, with a small bust and toned muscles and hips, a lithe but powerful figure. Her left arm and right leg are all hextexh gadgetry, along with her right eye, all of which are golden, pearlescent machinery of high quality. She wears flowing blue with silver and gold trim over her normal skin. When Ju Lie fights, it is all very dance-like, even her movement looks more like ice-dancing than simple running. Her attacks are artful kicks, deliberate strikes, channeling her inner power into every forceful blow. Her attacks land much more forcefully than she appears to strike, such is the nature of her ancient art.
So, that's Ju Lie. Please comment/critique, and leave type requests if you want, I may do more of these, this was fun ^-^

PS: I can't art... so appearance and stuff is all gonna be written. If someone were to do art for champions, I would have boundless happiness in return ^u^
