[GAMEPLAY] Elise's Spider Form Not Interacting with Devourer

I noticed that when I built Devourer on Elise, then Sated it, it was not doing the damage it should have. When I looked at the damage numbers, I noticed that the Devourer proc was dealing an amount of magic damage less to its targets by an amount equal to her bonus from Spider Form. The same is true for the healing from Spider Form, it procs only once per hit.

Reproduction:

1. Choose Elise with Smite
2. Buy Devourer, then Sate it
3. Attack a neutral monster (as they have no magic resist) and watch the purple magic damage indication numbers. The Devourer numbers pop up a moment after the normal hit (sometimes merges with the normal attack's damage, continue auto-attacking until they are separate)
4. Compare it to the magic damage done by the normal hit (account for the 60 damage from Devourer itself)

This bug continues to hold true regardless of additional items purchased.
