Fixing Aatrox so he feels good again?

Aatrox So right now Aatrox is one of the most underwhelming champions in how they feel to play, with a passive that is just a gated GA passive, that hurts more than helps, while missing the feel that Aatrox gives now that he is out and a W toggle that you never leave the healing factor on low elo and never sees the frequent high elo to justify learning best times to toggle. With Aatrox being out he has developed an identity of being a high sustain melee jungle fighter focused on gauging HP on when he should be damage focused or sustain focused this confusion creates itemization problems as the engage portion of his kit and the commitment to the fight with it demands tank items but the rest of his kit wants to support a moderate damage high sustain build. To fix this a good move would to pull off from the high engage and tanky options Aatrox provides for jungle support on a sustain champ Aatrox

Passive: Blood Give'th and Take'th Every third Autoattack Aatrox activates one of two variations depending on how much of his percent max hp he has Greater than 50% his passive does bonus damage based on a Flat+AD scaling (see current W for start point) at a cost of health Less than 50% his passive then provides HP equal to 3 times damage before resistances but halves the damage of the attack

New W: Blood Thirst (Yes it should keep this name) Passive: Aatrox fills the blood well whenever another portion of his kit consumes health giving him a small amount of bonus attack speed based on how full the Well is and his level Active: Double the Attack speed provided by the blood well and doubles all life steal and passive healing for time based on level Aatrox While the changes I am asking for don't need to be exact to improve Aatrox's personal positive impact on the meta and the game as a whole this would preserve elements of his current kit while allowing for stats to be tweaked in a healthier manner for a sustain fighter versus his live version.
