Master Yi and What might work best for everyone. (Change from Assassin to Fighter Style)
So Currently in low tier, our friend here ->
, is said to be infuriating to play against in normal's and possibly ranked because he snowballs hard core. A Master Yi who picks up even 3 kills early game (pre 20 minutes) can use that gold to just speed ahead, so me a buddy of mine came up with (and borrowed a little from this post: so here we go
Passive: Converts small percent of bonus Attack Damage into healthSo hopefully people remember what they tried with Soraka, taking Armor and MR and carving a small chunk of that away (20% for that so 100 MR item=80 MR now) and making in into AP (so previous Example missing 20MR became AP) well doing this with Yi for no more than 10% AD with a less than direct conversion 1 AD=10 hp. This turns Yi away from his old kill everything easy and makes it so his other stats can be altered to make Yi's main identity into a fighter
(Q) Alpha Strike: Turn into a skill style AOE. and lower his AD scaling by a fair amount as result. So currently Alpha strike is what make Yi most difficult to fight since he just Qs and he can gap close and hit for a huge amount of damage. So no given players a moment more to escape and lower how much it hurt Yi's total damage goes up (more targets means more damage across the board) but his single target damage goes down.
(W) Meditate: Is Fine as Is Maybe needs a slight base buff late game since it feels like it falls off (that may be just me though)
(E): Wuju Style: Passive: Double Strike/ Active: Gives bonus AD for a certain amount of time. Okay since Double Strike was removed as a direct passive it needed to be reworked back in for Yi's Identity. Well with true damage being just to much on a champion that is so heavy on auto attacks in the way that he is, so moving his original passive and changing the AD bonus to an active means you would still feel a spike in power when using it but not to the same extreme that can make him hard to fight even when armor is built
(R): Highlander: Simply put nerf the percents on movement, attack speed and the reset, they are just huge numbers for doing so little otherwise. Its literally just running really fast to hit someone really fast, Yi needs to calm down about that. And the reset is making Yi just more assassin then fighter so it also need to be either removed or reduced (depending on feel/community reaction).
