Ongoing SKin Issue With Xerath and Skarner

Day:1649 (4years 6 months and 4days since last skin.) they are releasing new champs while other champs are still in need of skins and or adjustment. there are a ton of fan made art for xerath like dark star for that line of skins and even warring kingdom skins that coulda been implemented. I will not stop till this is addressed. -ShurimaLives
