Scathan the Mirror Mage

Not sure About lore. but here is the kit idea.

Passive -Malevolent Reflection- Scathan negates and stores X+ lvl% damage as energy to empower other abilities. This limit is increased by X% AP.

Q -Quicksilver -Dashes in a line. Next ability is charged with extra damage stored from passive.

W-Concussive blast- Scathan Fires a blast of energy in a cone in front of him. If an enemy is hit with this blast after a dash they are blinded for X/X/X/Xs.

E-Mirror Image- Scathan summons mirror images of himself in an arc in front of him. The number of images increases with level to a maximum of 5. Each image may block one skill shot or AA after which it dissapears leaving an empty space where it stood. After X seconds whatever images are left shoot magical mirror shards in a straight line dealnig X+ (X%ap) Damage.

R-Reciprocation Shield- X% of all damage dealt to Scathan within X amount of time is reflected back to the attackers. Also if any mirror images are destroyed during this time 100% of the damage that destroyed it is reflected back in the same manner.
