Nautilus NEEDS a New Skin

hasn't had a skin for a while... Also, only 1 of his skins actually has particle effects. I thought this All-Star skin contest vote thing would finally be a chance at a good skin for , but unfortunately the community wanted Diana to get a skin (To be fair, she doesn't have any skins with particle effects as far as I'm aware either). I don't understand why hasn't gotten a new skin for a while as there is so much to work with. For example, if there was a "Mecha " skin, his ulti could be a drone that seeks out the enemy, dropping bombs along the way. (His anchor could also be rocket-powered lol) Or, how about a "Freljord " skin where he is a massive viking (with a horned helmet) and in lieu of an anchor, he has a GIANT axe? There's so much wasted skin potential with this champion, and it makes me sad to see my favorite super tank without any good skins outside of AstroNautilus.
