Pantheon Kit Update

Hi guys! I feel as if Pantheon needs an update to his current kit. It isn't that his kit isn't strong, but it lacks caring towards his thematic. Pantheon could be so much more instead of this single target burst, armor mitigation champion. My main concern is really his ult and E, (The active, not the passive) but turning him more 'Spartanish' could be substantial to the game, making him more of a team top lane carry like Ornn. Here are my ideas:

'Aegis Protection' Passive: After attacking or casting spells 4 times, Pantheon's shield will activate, causing the next incoming basic attack or turret attack to be reflected back to the attacker.

'Heroic Throw' Q: Pantheon launches himself towards a target enemy with his spear at the ready. Pantheon will come down on their location, dealing physical damage to them. If the enemy is near terrain, they will be pinned to the terrain and stunned for .5 seconds.

'Blood for Glory' W: Passive: Enemy units under 15% health, grant Pantheon and his allies 5% life steal against that enemy unit. Active: Pantheon spins in place, striking enemy units with a sweeping spear, dealing physical damage and slowing them by upto 40%.

'Phalanx' E: Channel: Pantheon readies his shield in front of him, with his spear above the shield. Pantheon gains damage reduction by upto 40% and may move while this is active. While near enemy units, Pantheon will begin to strike them (scaling on his attack speed) for physical damage attacks. These attacks will prioritize low health enemy champions and reduce their armor by 5% for 3 seconds. Each strike adds another 2% armor reduction, and will refresh the duration of the armor reduction.

'Bulwark Defense' R: Pantheon creates a large, AOE dome of shields around his location. These shields are impassable terrain from either sides, and will block all projectiles going in or coming out of that area for this duration. The duration is increased on Pantheon's bonus AD.

Pantheon's theme is "god of war", not Roman Legionnaire. His kit is very well suited to that.

This kit would actually be better suited, in my opinion, to a new champion. There's mention somewhere in the Void lore page of a previously unheard of Ascended, a giantess with a helmet fashioned after a lion. Perhaps you could use that as a starting point?

P: Idk about reflecting tower shots back. Might be broken, might not be haha.

Q: I'm confused on how his q works by what you said. Does it shove them a certain way causing them to collide with terrain?

W: Although I don't understand why he's giving his allies lifesteal, it's interesting. However what rank is that 5%? The active part seems kinda bleh, since everyone has a dash/jump/etc nowadays. And if you allowed him to move while spinning, he's basically Garen. If you did decide to have him be like Garen, keep the slow but reduce it.

E: This simply does way too much. Damage reduction is fine. Moving while channeling is fine. Attacking while "channeling" makes this not make much sense. Basically it shouldn't be a "channel" at all. Just activate it, and gain temporary damage reduction and spear spray. The prioritizing champs is broken as crap though.
