One for All

Any one think riot will ever just straight up, (and to possibly silence everyone about champs not getting skins.) Just decide to make a skin line up that has ALL thr champions getting a skin? Like a different universe that has every champ in it rather than just a selected few, like how project universe doesn't have a sivir or azir (yet), or how warring kingdoms doesn't have a Rek'Sai in it. Basically just a line-up of ever champion. Wonder how long that would take to create.
