In times past, during the era old Skarners race. They were a crystaline race of insectiod beings that guarded the world from the dangers of the Primal Void. The race was lead in battle by the strongest, most formidable creature they had in the forces, Zar'Akosh. Found by Skarner, Zar was a feral, simple minded beast, a giant Hercules Beetle was the form he held. Skarner let out a simple, yet loud cry, and instantly recieved the full attention of Zar. The beast took a liking to the crystal scorpion and since then joined him in protecting the world.

One day , a monstrous Void Rift manifested in the area where Noxus would be, spawning all sorts of beasts and releasing a mysterious fog upon the land. The crystaline beasts engaged the creatures in an attempt to salavage what they could of the world. Zar'Akosh and Skarner, along with the rest of their race, battle for hours on end, losing many allies in the wake. Knowin g the battle could not be won, Skarner decided to activate the Stone of Arthen. Requiring a great deal of time to perform the ritual, Zar'Akosh stood his ground and protected his master with his life. Crushing, throwing and Eating his enemies whole, Zar destroyed the enemis attacking Skarner. As Skarner was finishing the process, Zar'Akosh was taken over by his Primal rage, leaving him unable to remain in control of him mind went on a frenzy. Blindlessly destroying allies and enemies alike, he make a chare at the source of the evil, the Void Rift. As Skarners final pleas echoed through the night, the Stone activated. Suddenly a blast of light shot out , Skarner buried himself to avoid the coming disaster, and the world erupted in a light vaporizing most everything alive on the surface. The Void Rift was shut but doing so pulled Zar'Akosh into the darkness.

A glimmer of light flickers, and dark presence rises. Suddenly, a Void Rift tears open in the middle of a large gathering of Champions of the League. The group stands by, prepared to engage whatever threat emerged. What they heard was a deafening, screeching roar followed by the sound of charging. Bursting through the Rift was Zar'Akosh, in all his former glory. The warriors looked at this strange creature and decided it was a spawn of the Void, meaning it was to be put down. The first to charge was Garen, who charged with the might of Demacia, only to be tossed away like a rag doll. Next, Ari attempted to do some damage , unleashing. barrage of spells and dating around avoiding contact , when suddenly, a large stomp sent her tumbling and crashing to the ground, opening her up for hard hitting blow that left her unable to fight.

Slowly backing off the warriors reassessed and called for back up, what was this creature, it was like nothing the Void had ever produced before. The next wave of heros was quickly arriving, being led by Skarner himself. Upon reachjng the field Skarner was frozen in awe at the sight of his former friend, alive and well! Thinking he had died in the Stone's explosion centuries ago, he contemplated how he had survived, had he been in the Void this whole time ? Skarner approached his old friend cautiously, and let out the same cry he made the day he found Zar'Akosh. The creature stopped , and turned to Skarner. They stayed that way for some time, until finally the creature loosened up, let it's offensive down and returned to his place along side Skarner. "How has he not been corrupted... How is he still in control of himself. Has the Void done nothing to you Zar?" Skarner though to himself. He wished only that his friend be ok. Wanting to make sure no Void corruption was present , he returned to the League to inform them of the discovery and help figure out the mystery of Zar'Akosh.

Passive: Unstoppable Dealing damage with an ability Increases damage reduction by 1%/2%/3%/4% lasting 5 seconds, new stacks refresh the time limit. 4 stacks max. Upon reaching stack limit, Zar is granted 40 MS for 5 seconds. Can occur once every 90 seconds.

Q : Horn Toss Mana: 70/65/60/55/50 CD: 20/19/18/17/16 Damage: 40/65/90/125/160 (+.5 bonus armor) (+.5 bonus MR) (+.25 AP)

Zar hooks an enemy with his horn for up too 2 seconds, he can reactivate to throw the enemy 250 units in any direction , but cannot perform other actions during this time or while holding the enemy.

W : Mighty Stomp Mana: 20/20/20/20/20 CD: 4/4/4/4/4 Slow: 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% Damage: 20/30/40/50/60 (+5% your total HP) (+10% their missing HP)

Slamming the ground with unprecedented force, Zar damages and slows around him. (Area equivalent to Riven's stun)

E : Dinner is Served Mana: 40/40/40/40/40 CD: 18/17/16/15/14 Heal: 100/150/200/250/300 +(5% of missing HP) Mighty Stomp damage boost: 10%/13%/16%/19%/22%

Grabbing an enemy minion or a small jungle monster , Zar munches on the target for 5 seconds restoring Health and gaining a boost to the damage of Mighty Stomp for 10 secs.

R: Primal Frenzy Mana: 100/100/100 CD: 120/100/80 Attack Range: +30/40/50 Movespeed: +50/60/70 Damage Reduction: 20%/20%/20% Damage: 100/200/300 (+%100 Attack Damage) (+.5 bonus armor) (+.5 bonus MR)

Zar'Akosh loses focus on reality and become enraged dashing to the target location and dealing damage knocking away all allies and enemies on the way. Hitting an ally or enemy grants Zar bonus attack range, Movespeed and damage reduction.

Positioning

Zar'Akosh plays an exceptional role in the top lane with his kit, also a good setup for a jungle role to emerge and a very well played support option. Tank option would be best :)
