Is there a way to open replays that are outdated?

I know before we've had the replay system the skin spotlight creator suite allowed players to edit the pov of replays, so there must be a way to open them without opening league right?

( Oh and this technically goes under concepts and creations right? Y'know since it's being put towards editing and whatnot. )
