New Summoner Spells?

I'm wondering what other summoner spells could exist.

One that comes to mind is A Brush Making Summoner Spell. I know its already in a kit, but something like this could change major play.

Brush - Create a 2x2 Brush at target location Cloak - Cloak yourself for 1 second. Shrink - A skill that halfs the HP of an enemy, but then makes it so they cant die during the duration. Invigorate - Gain hp per second over time. (a counter to ignite) Petrify - turn an enemy into stone.

Thoughts?

Brush- what exactly do you mean by 2x2? I don't think this would be very useful outside of niche situations. Just because you make a bush doesn't mean the enemy doesn't know you're there. This would probably only be useful to Rengar.

Cloak- Ever wondered why not all champions have access to invisibility? It's because not all of them should. Plus, 1 second sounds really underwhelming for a summoner spell. This would either be useless or so unbelievably broken that they would have to nerf it until it was useless.

Shrink- What's the point of this, exactly? You instantly cut their HP in half but they can't die? I could see this being used to troll/grief, but not much else.

Invigorate- You can just take cleanse to counter ignite, plus you can also use it to remove CC. Infinitely more useful and already exists.

Petrify- A free point and click cassiopeia ult every couple minutes? No thanks.
