Abilities.

Passive) Enchanted Blade) every third attack against the same target deals extra magic damage and slows the targets movement speed by 30% for 1.5 seconds this has a 5 second cooldown against the same target.

Q) Dashing Strike) Cost. 50/55/60/65/70. Mana. Range. 550. Damage. 40/55/70/85/100. Physical. Uchiha dashes to his target and then slashes it dealing damage.

W) Ice Burst) Cost. 90/95/100/105/110 Mana. Range. 365. Damage. 6/7/8/9/10% max health. Magic. Uchiha shoots up a bunch of ice spikes in a small range dealing magic damage to everyone he hits.

E) Ice Dragon Lance) Cost. 60/75/90/105/120 Mana. Range. 1150. Damage. 60/90/120/150/200. Magic. Uchiha shoots a narrow ice lance with an ice dragon head at the end in a skillshot line dealing magic damage to the first enemy he hits.

R) Remorseless Winter) Cost. 100 Mana. Range. 365. Damage. 100/200/300. Magic. Passive/everytime Uchiha auto attacks a target he gains 2 stacks of Remorseless Winter. Max stacks 100 adding 100 extra damage to his ult but if this ability doesn't score a kill the stacks are reset to zero. Active/Uchiha brings on a winter in a small range around him, while active his passive has no cooldown. In addition, anyone attacking him gets debuffed with brittle bones, lowering their attack damage against him by 20. this ability lasts 5 seconds or until cancelled, after the effect ends or cancelled it will explode dealing magic damage to everyone in his attack range.
