Lore. Xirn was born in Bandle City. it was said that at the age of 17 he vanished without a word of notice. Xirn became a wanderer seeking for guidance. He came across an old wise man who taught him the ways of the hidden strikes technique, after the arts were passed on to Xirn the old man died. So Xirn left and continued to wander until he came across a temple. That was when he met Shen and helped him bring the people to safety. Shen thanked him for the help and insisted he come with him to enforce the balance of Valoran, Xirn accepted. This pursuit has led Xirn to the fields of league. Role: Jungle. He would be meant for counter ganking and countering counter ganks.

Abilities.

Passive) Evasive Target. Every 15 seconds xirn will dodge the next target ability used on him. Does not work on ultimates.

Q) Hidden Strike. Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 Mana. Range: 550. Damage: 25/50/75/100/125+20% AD. Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Xirn dissappears in a cloud of smoke and then reappears behind his target slicing it in the back dealing physical damage.

W) Hidden Technique. Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 Mana. Range: 900. Damage: 35/45/65/85/85+20% AD. Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 Xirn readies himself for the next attack for 5 seconds, if Xirn is attacked while active, he will dodge the attack and appear behind the enemy and axe kick it dealing physical damage. Only works on champions. If the enemy is farther than 1000 range and hits Xirn with an ability, such as ezreal Q 1150 range, Xirn will dodge the ability but not appear behind the enemy. Does not work on ultimates.

E) Sidestep. Cost: 90 Mana. Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 Xirn steps from side to side while moving lasts 3 seconds. With this ability he can dodge skillshots coming at him easier. Note: All shots directly aimed at Xirn will be dodged if he sidesteps away in time, but does not make you dodge all skillshots automatically. For instance, if someone predicted your sidestep would jump you to the right in 1 sec and he was correct. You would jump into it and not dodge. But if someone shot at you and you were about to sidestep in 1 sec, you would jump out of the way and dodge that skillshot.

R) Wind Technique. Cost: 100 Mana. Range: 900. Damage: 150/200/250 in a series of 3 attacks. Cooldown: 110/100/90 Xirn throws out a skillshot line of wind. If it hits an enemy, he will shoot another wind strike from under the enemy he hit knocking it into the air. After being knocked into the air, Xirn dashes and slides under the enemy and does the windmill creating a small tornado shooting any other enemies out of the way (except his initial target). He then closes his legs and throws himself up hitting his enemy with a double leg wind kick, and then he slides back to his starting location.

maybe a tank? he tends to be all about avoiding abilities and such and then engaging
