Xilot the ravager.
Lore: Xilot was born to a poor family a long time ago in the shadow isles before the cataclysm though with little money , life was well enough in the home. His father would tell him stories of being a solider and fabricate tales that made Xilot gaze in stupification and want to be a soilder one day just like his father. Xilots father didn't want him to be a solider and neither his mother as he was the only son and his mom was incapable of having another so he secretly trained himself when his chores were completed.
But one day Xilot got his dream a band of thieves attacked his home Xilot gathered his armor and his makeshift weapons ( two scythes with the handles heavily truncated ). The theives merrily laughed at Xilot, his weapons looked poorly and his Armour though intimidating was made of broken oak trunks. The thieves took their turns attacking Xilot each swipe of their weapons easily hitting the open spots in Xilots armor until his armor and blades were covered in his own blood . Xilot had fought all day until the moon glinted on his blood soaked blades not one of the thieves had fallen when suddenly he thirsted for blood imaging carving and disembowleming thinking of how good the blood would feel on him the warm red blood .
With these images in his head Xilot charged the thieves , caught off guard the group stumbled and drew their swords but Xilot with his newfound strength cut down and cleaved his enemies his blades seemingly becoming stronger snapping the groups swords and bones with great ease. He covered himself in their blood slicing through the enemies like if they were warm butter he relished in every slice and cut dragging out their lives as long as possible before making his way to the next. He had made sure not to kill them but cripple them as to savior their anguish and blood more. Their screams and groveling filled the night air until they were no more. After killing all of the theives he returned to his parents telling them it was all right there nothing to fear but his parents didn't even recognize him he couldn't see it but he had changed drastically his armor covered in dark black gnarls like a old corrupted tree and his helm like a mask covering everything but his wide smile with what appeared to be long thick branches growing upwards to make a jagged wood crown and his blades seeming growing from the armor itself.
Xilot being outcasted to even his own family wandered and wandered the countryside no one accepted him when he walked through the villages and towns everyone closed their doors children out from play ran into their houses leaving their toys. Xilot eventually became angry which soon became hatred for all that didn't except him which he soon determined was everyone so he goes about the land slaying every living thing in his path from now forevermore.

Passive : Bloodletting : Whenever under 50% HP for each point of missing health gain .5% attack damage and attack speed steroid for as long as hes under 50% health.
Q : You can't run : Xilot grabs the targeted enemy with his blades reducing armor by 15% and dragging them to him. range :400 CD 35/30/28/25/22).
W: Chain of pain : Active: Causes Xilots basic attacks to penetrate the target hitting up to three units Max.
Inactive : Flesh cleaver : Causes Xilots basic attacks to deal damage in a cone ( 3 Second cooldown ).
E: Unstoppable fury : Xilot rams forwards in a line rooting anyone hit at the end of the line and resetting the basic attack timer. If Xilot hits a champion he deals 140/145/154/168 physical damage + 80% of ad )
700 range Cooldown 140/125/115/100/85
R: Rampage Xilot increases his attack range by 500 vertically and horizontally and takes four powerful swings. Each swing stuns the champion for 1.5 seconds but decreases by .2 for each hit and deals 32/35/38/40/43% max health physical damage. Each champion hit by each swing increases his critical strike chance by 25% for the duration of the ability , if it reaches 100% crit it increases his crit damage by 10% per hit.

Play style Xilot is a high risk go in all the time champion because of his passive and other abilities.
Release skin idea Since all champions have skins on launch I have thought up of one, Kawaii Xilot instead of a dark green he's covered in bright pink and light purples and his mask has a drawn on kawaii face ( ^-^ ) and his swords are replaced with rainbows. Animation changes Instead of hooking with his swords he offers the enemy a nice large hug W Active When striking an enemy a rainbow spouts from the enemy and a pot o gold appears on the enemy hit Inactive the animation is replace with Xilot spinning around instead of swinging his swords. E Xilot runs forwards arms outstretched and gives them a big hug R Xilot makes a big skip to the enemy champion and shows them his best interpretive dance of their death. Recall Xilot hums " Walking on sunshine " whilst skipping through a fields of daisies.
Appearance Head Dark green helmet that looks like Slades helmet (TT original ) and a opening for mouth with protrusions that looks like The Davidian from IF2. Torso Covered in twisted black vines with a multitude of branches grow on his shoulders. Roots grow down his arms and end at his hands to give him a look that appears he has no skin. Legs appears a long twisted vines with a black mud soaked boot at the end. Recall Xilot says as he's swinging his blades " I'll show them what they should fear!" When in bush crouches. Walking Puts his blades on the ground and as he's walking creates sparks. Sprinting / Ghosting Windmeels his blades as he's running General Grevious style.
Ability appereance : Q Steps forwards and hooks with his right blades and pulls. W Active Xilots basic attacks become vertical Inactive Swings his blades horizontally 180 degrees E Does the same animation as running/ Ghosting but at the end or if target is hit comes down on the target with both blades. R Same end animation as E but for the flurry of blows portion attacks in an X shaped pattern.
